Will the BuyMy Car on-line service always be free?
Yes, to buyers however to sellers there will be a small fee chargeable in the future. Currently it is absolutely free for buyers and sellers to use the service.
I want to list my car, but cannot find the exact make and model listed.
We strive to keep our listings complete, however if you've spotted something we've missed please let us know and we'll review it. There may be a good reason for the omission. We'll email you back with our findings.

When I update an image the old image remains in place.
This is down to browser caching. Click refresh on your browser a few times.
If using Internet Explorer also try 'Shift + Refresh'
What are the image requirements?
The system is designed to take images directly from most digital cameras. Specifically an image will need to be a JPG between 250KB and 5MB in size and dimensionally have a minimum size of 600px wide and 452px tall.
Can I have a summary list of all my used cars as a dealer?
Yes, we make it possible to list out all the cars listed by one seller on a page. You can used this in your sales emails and advertising as you think fit.
As a dealer can I have my logo associated with each vehicle listing?
Yes, the detailed listing will automatically include the dealer's logo if it has been uploaded by the dealer.
As a dealer can I change my logo?
Yes, just upload a new logo in My Account and it will replace the one that's already in place.
As a dealer can I have my web address on my dealer listing page?
Yes, the detailed listing will automatically include the dealer's website address if it has been entered by the dealer. If you want to update your dealer page to include your web address, go to My Account and select Update Details
Why is the listing of my car not showing under special categories like "Latest Addition", "Latest Ford" etc?
Assuming your car fits the category, listings with images are favoured over listings without images. If you want to see your car in an applicable special category simply upload one image.
